introduction
N,N-dimethylcarbamic acid is an unreported amino acid. Amino acids are mainly used in medicine to prepare compound amino acid infusion, as well as therapeutic drugs and synthetic polypeptide drugs.
Preparation
(1) Dissolve 0.4 grams of analytically pure Co(ClO4)2 · 6H20, 0.2 grams of analytically pure ethoxy salicylaldehyde and 0.3mL of methylamine aqueous solution with a volume ratio of 40% in 10 ml of anhydrous methanol and analytically pure N,N'-dimethylformamide (DMF) mixed solution;
(2) Slowly add analytically pure potassium hydroxide to the solution prepared in step (1), and continuously stir to adjust the pH value to 9.5;
(3) transfer the solution prepared in step (2) into a polytetrafluoroethylene reaction kettle, react at 140 ℃ for 100 hours, cool to room temperature, open the kettle, filter, wash with anhydrous methanol to obtain single crystal grade N,N'-dimethylcarbamic acid complex, and then dissolve and recrystallize the single crystal grade N,N'-dimethylcarbamic acid complex to obtain N, n'-Dimethylcarbamic acid.
